2. Workshops and deeper discovery

Secondly, it’s time to define the scope of work and specific milestones for our collaboration. We choose a model of collaboration that’s most relevant and will dive deeper into different components aof the solution. Often, first mockups and small prototypes are already created.
3. Building an MVP

If that’s relevant, we always suggest starting with a Minimum Viable Product. This strategy allows to quickly gather end-user feedback and seamlessly correct the course for further development. Working in sprints, we’ll interatively deliver improvemnets that shape the final version of the product.
4. Developing, Testing & Deploying next versions of the product

Team Extension

The model is best for clients who mostly need to boost time-to-market, increase technical expertise and speed of delivery. It is also a good fit for projects done using a specific technology that usually requires a long recruitment process. Team extension helps speeding it up by giving you access to the needed specialists quickly and only for as long as you need them.
Dedicated product development team

The model is intended for clients who don’t have a development team or only have a small inhouse IT department. If we work in a dedicated team model, we form a complex IT team of developers that also business analysts, UX/UI designers, project managers and testers, who work with the business on your side. Here we take the end-to-end responsibility for delivering your product or a part of it.
Fixed price model

The model is about establishing all of the project requirements and specifications together with the costs before the development begins. This type of contract lets us set a fixed, final cost of the cooperation on a fixed and final list of features to deliver. It gives you more predictability of costs, but less flexibility of how the product looks like at the end of the day.
Time and material model

In this model we will pull together a team and will invoice monthly for the hours logged on the project. This is the most flexible approach to software development and the one that is proven to deliver best products out there. Best for projects that are not 100% defined yet, but ready to get going based on a predictable monthly cost.
